What are your Handlers™ made from?
Our products are made from 3mm neoprene. The same material that surfers and divers use as wetsuits.
What size should I order?
Generally, we ask that your consider how many ounces the drink is and
the shape of the can/bottle/cup. From there find the product that falls
into those filters. Maybe this Size Chart will help.
Is the bottom enclosed?
All Handlers, unless titled Bottomless, have enclosed bottoms except for the can sizes. They have bottoms with two small slits in them to make them collapsible.
Can I use my Handler™ with hot drinks?
Yes. They help keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold all while keeping your hands nice and dry.
Is my Handler™ machine washable?
Yes. It is best on the gentle cycle or hand washing and air drying.

How can I place an order?
Ordering is super simple. After placing the desired items in your cart, you can complete your order by clicking the Checkout button.
What happens after my order has been placed?
After your order has been placed, we get to work. If you realize that the shipping address might be wrong, try to email us at info@drinkhandlers.com as soon as possible to make sure we can change it in time.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
If the product you want is out of stock, you can subscribe to our email list to know when it is restocked.
Where is my order?
- We are working as hard as possible to get it out as fast as possible. Given the influx of orders, our processing time can take up to 4 business days to ship.
- If you ordered something on backorder, it will ship as soon as we receive them.
Are there any active discount codes?
By subscribing to our email list or our social channels, you will know about all the latest promotions. We also have many affiliates with discount codes.
What are your return and exchange policies?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly
accept it back for a refund(minus shipping). To return or exchange,
product must be in original packaging, free from perfumes, liquids,
lipsticks, animal hair or any other stains.
- If you are wanting to exchange your product for another size, you will be responsible for paying shipping on replacement.

Do you offer Wholesale?

Can you do custom orders?
Yes, there is a 20 MOQ for customs, a 4 week TAT and a $30 design fee. If you would like to order custom products, contact us as info@drinkhandlers.com
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
We are here Monday through Saturday shipping orders and strive to have orders shipped out within 3 business days.
What if I put the wrong address in when checking out?
As soon as you realize that there has been a mistake, please email us at info@drinkhandlers.com. Once your package leaves our facility, we have no control over it.
Will I receive a notification when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped.
Will I be charged taxes upon receiving my package?
Customers outside of the USA may need to pay import charges upon receiving goods. Drink Handlers does not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office ffor information specific to your country.
